Sleeping Tiger Posture
Sleeping tiger (Haeng-gong)

Lie on your back.
Lift your knees up and bend them at a ninety degree angle.
Flex your feet up to make a ninety degree angle with your legs as well. Your toes should be pointing towards the ceiling.
Raise your arms straight up and bend your wrists to have them face the ceiling.
Relax your neck and shoulders and the rest of your body.
Breathe naturally.
Focus on your dahnjon and lower back, while holding this posture for 5 minutes.
Start by keeping your head on the floor.
As you increase your practice, try to lift your head up off the floor while holding this posture.
