Genetic blood deficiency – Beth Sentell

I move this testmonial from www.Dahyoga.com to share the benifit of  Dahnyoga training

I have a genetic blood deficiency, which has caused damage to my lungs, similar to emphysema. The treatment for this disease is to receive weekly blood plasma infusions. I had been taking those treatments for the past five years. In addition to the treatments, I have taken several exercise classes as well as working out at a gym several days a week.

I started Dahn yoga classes in January 05. I did some walking as well as working out on my elliptical machine about a half hour to one hour daily.

By March I was feeling stronger and decided to stop taking the plasma treatments. With clearance from my doctor, I had the part removed and discontinued treatments as of April 2005.

Now in June, I’m continuing Dahn yoga and exercise thirty to sixty minutes daily. I feel as well as when I took the weekly infusion treatments, (if not better).
