Yesterday was a very busy day at work and I didn’t even realize how stressed out I was. So when I came to the center and we were doing the half lotus position I really could feel stiffness in my hip joints. Usually I try to press the more painful one but yesterday I just let it be. While Master was leading us through the relaxation process an interesting thing happened. My hip joint was going lower and lower. And the pain was less and less. And I realized that this was what the Masters mean when they tell us that if our brain was stiff our body will be stiff too. It felt so good to feel such very physical benefit of relaxation.
