But once you get a taste of it the feeling kind of grows and becomes easier and also more essential.

My recent experiences were very beautiful.

Once I could feel energy as a fire between my hands. And just like fire in a fireplace behaves that’s what I felt between my hands. But not the heat. It was very gentle warmth.

Another time I felt my Seventh Chakra opening and something like a huge tree, green and purple intertwined, was making it’s root deep inside me.

Recently I felt the energy moving through my hands all the way up to my chest, making my heart very warm. And then it started to slowly pulsate.

The 21 Day Miracle project gives individuals a focus, incentive and support group to make a fundamental change in their lives, through a self-determined goal, rules/steps to achieve the goal an dsupport from the team.

Examples of life changes may be : Lose weight, quit smoking, control temper, and improve relationship.

 In Libertyville Dahn Center there is a free Yoga class on Sunday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  The class is taught by Healers who have volunteered, and the classes are sponsored by the Dahn Foundation.  These classes have been meeting for more than two months, and the feedback from the community has been  very positive.
