I am so afraid of sitting meditation
I feel panic before we start. This time the first 45 minutes were pretty easy.
And the last 15 min were a challenge-but if I focused on DahnJon I could avoid moving.

Brain Cleansing-
scrub brushes clean my brain
losse particles float to hole in top of head and scrubbed my eyes and my ears.
Sensation went to stomach ; felt sick, wqueeze anus.
Feeling came back into my legs.
Feel light
Hips feel loose - some pain.
Said chunbukyoung last is minutes
My body feels 1/3 actual size.
