Changing habit

I did DMD training.  Usually, class is going on like warm-up, stretching, 7 basic steps, and accumulation postures.  However when we changed the order of training, we can feel something different.  We did energy movement(Dahn-mu) first, then we did 7 basic steps. I realize that this simple change can awaken our brain and make new feeling.  

 I think changing habit could start from chaning your fixed pattern. ^^*
