My husband first introduced me to the Dahn Yoga Tai Chi Center. He started going to the center for the exercise and stretching. He quickly realized that there were many more benefits to this program and wanted me to join. I had two small children at home and a part time job at the time and was reluctant to join because I felt I did not have time and I did not want to be away from my kids. After becoming a member I realized that I needed to make time for myself and that the time spent away from my family growing myself was a very positive thing for me and my children and husband. After taking the advanced workshops and shim sung, I discovered how powerful (and difficult at times!) quieting my mind and connecting with my body can be. Now my husband and I go to the center 3 to 4 times a week. Dahn yoga has been wonderful for our relationship, our parenting skills, and for our growth. We feel like we have joined a big family with a common goal of health, happiness and peace.

It Because they saw me many changes ever since i started Dahn yoga.
