Ilchi Lee: “Reflection / Awakening / Choice”

“When I was enlightened thirty years ago to the questions within me, I thought everything was answered.  However, I soon realized that enlightenment is not the end but only the beginning.  The truly important thing is not knowing but doing.”  No matter how great or magnificent our enlightenment might be, it is useless without application.” “. . . We are what we do.  No action.  No creation.” (“Human Technology, Ilchi Lee, pg. 122)

It is a very special gift when someone, like Ilchi Lee, shares their deepest moments of reflection with us; their stories of awakening, and the choices made once a life’s purpose has been found.  We are able to leverage this wisdom in our own process of growth . . . our courage and strength multiplies our intention-to-result . . . so our growth is accelerated through our actions based on this shared wisdom.

By applying the foundation of Ilchi Lee’s wisdom, we know that we are unable to do anything wrong, incorrect, or against the laws of nature and society.  Each gift is unique,  and we simply need to understand how to deliver our gift to others.  This understanding gives incredible freedom to act and work in the highest manner.  As our understanding matures through continued actions, we learn the differences between acts of love and acts of law, as well as acts of grace and acts of obligation.  The other part of the lesson is that while we are working on ourselves, we also need to be working to help others.  Our efforts help to strengthen compassion within ourselves by a continued focus on giving through our actions, rather than acquiring by taking from others.

Our actions need to be shared with an open hand and heart, free sharing means giving without holding back, where the giving does the most good on all levels.  The ultimate lesson of true giving is how to distribute the endless resources and substance of nature to others.  We act; we create – with our actions focused on healing ourselves, then healing others, and then contributing to the health of all of humanity.  This is a very fulfilling and interesting  journey for each soul, as it is a journey filled with great purpose.
