Longevity Walking
Posted by Lana on 02/8/08 in Dahn Yoga
Last week I went to change oil in my car. The guy told me it will take half an hour but it actually took 1 ½ hour. I felt, bored, cold, frustrated.Spontaneously, with out giving it any thought I started pacing the waiting room. After a couple of moments I felt my body was warming up and my frustration was slowly melting so I kept doing it. Then I realized that I was actually doing the longevity walking. My tailbone was tucked in, I was pressing on my jung choon point with every step. And it really felt good, it saved me from wasting the rest of my day on residual frustration.
