Testimonial (Sitting Meditation)

I am so afraid of sitting meditation

I feel panic before we start. This time the first 45 minutes were pretty easy.

And the last 15 min were a challenge-but if I focused on DahnJon I could avoid moving.

Althought my legs were painful I started to feel confident and powerful-the last few minutes I felt strong vibration in my lower body, and my emotions decreased a lot. This is getting easier.
