Un-Ki-Sun-Bub

I learned this form after I got back from Dahn-Mu-Do school. Have to admit that I did not know much about it. The schedule was not a very convenient for me but it was what it was and I was diligent. The main point I learned was that if you kept doing the form you could enter the state of nothingness.
It is kind of a complicated form and so I kept doing it from time to time just to be able to remember the sequence. That is how I discovered its magnificence apart from entering Mu-Ah.
If I was not in very good place energy wise and I had to do some healing, Un-Gi-Sun-Bub would do the trick. Preferably three times but even once would start the energy flow. If I needed to practice and was time limited I would just do Un-Gi-Sun-Bub. A perfect form for me.
This last week was very stressful for me. When I tried to do some exercises I found out that my shoulders were stiff as they have not been in a long, long time. So I tried stretches, all that I could remember. The stiffness stayed. I tried Dahn-Mu-Do shoulder exercises and the stiffness lingered on. And then I tried Un-Gi-Sun-Bub. I have to admit I was very curious to find out if it would help or not so I watched my shoulders closely. And it proved once again it was really the magnificent form. I did it only once and my shoulders felt like a huge stone was lifted from them. In terms of percentage I would have to say that if the stretches and Dahn-Mu-do exercise helped 15% this helped 75%.
I felt so grateful to all the Masters that made it possible form to learn this form. And if you get a chance make sure to jump on it.
