Winter Time

I just discovered another habit I need to brake. To me, winter has always been this freezing part of year. I often failed to observe it’s beauty because I always felt so cold. It seemed like I would deep freeze in November and thaw sometime in April.Now I see that I tense my body so that I can feel warmer, and I kept it tensed for this long period. It does the exactly opposite of what I’m instinctively looking for. Instead of making me a little warmer it obstructs the energy flow and I feel more stressed and cold. Definitely something I need to stop doing.
